What do I do first after signing up?

Pick your target markets, add a product, then publish your profile card. The getting started panel at the top center shows what's next, and each screen walks you through itself the first time you open it.

Do I have to type out every ingredient?

No. On step 4 of product registration, upload a label photo and we read the ingredients into a list. You can edit whatever we got wrong.

How much of our information becomes public?

Buyers see only your published profile card and the products you chose to feature. Contact details can be public, on request, or hidden, and nothing is visible before you publish.

How do I find buyers?

Narrow our buyer database by country and type, then turn the buyers you pick into a project. Cold email and replies are handled inside it. Registered buyers also reach out to you first.

Do you help with regulation and certification?

Not as a platform feature, but as an add-on service. EU CPNP registration with a local Responsible Person, UK SCPN and other markets, plus ingredient and label review, quoted per case.
